Cover Artist
Dany is a popular comic artist, illustrator, character designer, and book cover artist from Mexico. We met Dany when she created several character illustrations for Losing it, our July 5, 2022 release by Elyse Russell. We immediately recognized Dany’s talent and reached out for several more character illustrations and art projects. Her talent, creativity, and professionalism let us know that she would be an excellent addition to the Cinnabar Moth network of artists. Toure is an amazing visual designer and Illustrator and has been our designer for over two years for our podcast The Musicks in Japan. When we first conceived of The Writer’s Triangle podcast over a year ago, we knew that Toure of Sunking Designs was the only artist for the job. His ability to take a project from concept to completed design is unparalleled. Toure has taken every concept we have given him and elevated it, including the creation of the Cinnabar Moth Logo. We’ve successfully launched the official Cinnabar Moth Publishing podcast: The Writers Triangle. The podcast is a collaboration of artists, authors, magazine, and book publishers. The Cinnabar Moth team are the driving force behind The Writers Triangle. The art used for each week’s podcast and in this announcement is created by Toure of Sunking Designs, our featured artist. The content of each week’s episode is a mixture of interviews and commentary that provides a behind the scenes look at publishing. Rasta, the publicist for Cinnabar, conducts the interviews, and Kisstopher, the founder of the press, provides commentary on publishing. We launched the Cinnabar Moth Publishing YouTube channel to provide a place to showcase all of the talented artists, narrators, and authors we work with. We also wanted a place to celebrate our supporters and provide value-added companion content for each of the books. Each week, we drop two to three new videos that include a wide array of content such as audio sneak peeks of books snippets, meet the characters, and book trailers. We also release playlists that are perfect for book clubs who would like to plan an event that matches themes in each of the books created by the authors who wrote the books. The playlists include music, food (vegan, Keto, glutton free, for everyone), and drinks (alcoholic and nonalcoholic). Also, you can find each episode of The Writers Triangle podcast.
