KR Woodruff was born and raised in the Pacific NW, and currently lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and two fluffy cats. In 2019, she left her job in the public sector to focus on thoughtfully remodeling old houses, but transitioned to writing full-time during the pandemic. She has always dreamed of being a published author and is thrilled to turn her work from an all-consuming pastime into a dedicated career.
